1.1. Stick&Wolf website is operated by KIKU Katarzyna Kijek-Kubejko, ul.Chrobrego 12/21, 20-611 Lublin, PLVAT 946-246-08-35,Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stick&Wolf. KIKU offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
1.2. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to the Seller and all users of the site.
2.1 The Customer is a person, a legal entity, and an organizational unit without the legal personality that made the purchase

2.2. Katarzyna Kijek-Kubejko is the Seller and the operator of the online store.
2.3. The Shop is an online store at www.stickandwolf.com
2.4. This Product is an available in the online store movable item that is the subject of the sale agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
2.5. The business day is one day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2.6. Sales contract is a contract of sale of products concluded between the Seller and the Customer using the online store website.
3. PLACING ORDERS
3.1. Placing an order in the Shop means the acceptance of Terms & Conditions. In order to register you need to complete he registration form provided on one of the Shop pages. Registration is not mandatory.
3.2. To place an order the Customer should select the products they want to buy, determine their quantity and then add them to the Cart. In further steps, the Customer fills in their personal data, the delivery address and selects the payment method. The condition of successful placing of the order is correct filling of the form/ In case the data provided by the Customer is incorrect we reserve the right to cancel the order after a prior attempt to contact the Customer.
3.3. Until the order is confirmed by clicking the "Order and Pay" button, the Customer may modify the order or selected payment methods. Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive an automatic confirmation of the order sent on his/her email address.
3.4. The agreement between the Customer and the Seller concerning is temporary and lasts until the delivery pickup.
4. DELIVERY TIME
4.1. When ordered by the customer product is in stock, the package will be shipped within 3 working days. Otherwise the maximum time to send your package is 10 working days.
4.2. Before picking up the package from the carrier the customer should check that the packaging has not been damaged in transport. In case that the package is damaged, the Customer has the right to refuse to sign the acceptance protocol and request the opening of the consignment in the presence of the carrier to verify that the delivered product has not been damaged.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
5.1. The Seller enables the Customer to make payments via PayPal payment system or via traditional transfer to the Seller's account:

5.2. The shipping cost to any destination within European Union is 49 euro.
5.3. The prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT.
5.4. The Seller only executes the orders properly paid by the Customer.
6. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
6.1. We accept returns up to 14 days from purchase date for unworn or unused items.
6.2. If you need to make a return/exchange please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will get back to you as soon as possible, within 1-3 business days.
6.3. The Seller is obliged to return the money to the Customer within 14 days from the date which he was informed about Customer's decision. The Seller will make a return transfer to the bank account specified by the Customer.
6.4. Personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
6.5. The Customer is obliged to report discovered product defect to the Seller.
6.6. In order to process a complaint, the Shop may ask the Customer to submit a photographic documentation. It is recommended that the Customer provide information and circumstances related to the object of the complaint.
6.7. The Seller responds to the complaint and processes it within a maximum of 14 business days. The Seller responds to the customer's complaint to the email address from which he/she received the complaint and/or to the shipping address and/or by phone.
7. JEWELLERY USE
7.1. Taking care of your jewellery will help you keep its brilliance and beautiful appearance. It is recommended to remove jewelry while home working and bathing (also in the swimming pool, in the sea, etc.). Avoid direct contact of jewellry with cosmetics (such as perfumes), which can cause its shine loss.
7.2. Natural stones are prone to falling and cracking. Therefore, jewellery should always be removed at bedtime, home work, sports activities, physical activity and other activities that may expose it to mechanical damage.
7.3. The natural property of gold is that its surface can be easily scratched. In order to maintain a nice look of the jewellery for a longer time, avoid the factors that can cause mechanical damage.
7.4. All chains should be removed at bedtime and stored separately and loose to prevent its tangling and breaking.
7.5. Jewellery should be kept neatly to prevent its damage. You can store it in a box, each item individually protected (ex. in our cotton bag), which prevents the jewelry from scratches.
7.6. To preserve your jewellery's beauty you need to take care of it. Jewellery can be cleaned with cleaning agent that can be purchased in jewellery stores. Always read the tips on the packaging and be careful when cleaning jewellery with precious stones.
8. PERSONAL DATA
8.1. When making a purchase in the Store, the customer voluntarily submits his/her data that is necessary for the execution of the order and will be processed for that purpose by the Seller. The customer has the right to inspect personal data relating to him and to correct them.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. All products offered in the Shop are brand new, free from physical and legal defects.
9.2. A VAT invoice is attached to each completed order. Invoice should be kept in case of any refund or complaint.
9.3. All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. All of our products are handcrafted - each piece of jewellery is unique.
9.4. These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and EU and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
